I, Kathleen Ellertson, Founder and President, hereby acknowledge, that by representing the Veteran Art Institute, and commit that the information provided by the Veteran to the Veteran Art Institute will be kept confidential. This information shall not be disclosed to anyone under any circumstances, unless I am in some way incapacitated and unable to access the database. to the extent necessary to fulfill the Veteran Art Institute requirements. In such case my backup would have access but, representing the Veteran Art Institute will also comply with this confidentiality clause.
