About the Artist:
After graduating from New England School of Art & Design with a concentration in graphic design I worked in Design throughout Boston and its suburbs. I enlisted into the U.S. Army Reserves in 1998 because I believed I shouldn’t expect another to protect my family if I wasn’t willing to do the same. After 9|11 and deployment in 2003 the one weekend a month two weeks a year turned into 15 years active, 13 years reserves, and one year remaining.
Art & Design has always been part of my life and as I prepare to retire it is no longer going to be in the background. I am in the process of rediscovering my voice and craft - water color, acrilic, pen and ink, and graphic design.
